A firm favourite on our raw cake menu. This mini version is 10cm in diameter and suitable for 2 to 4 people. A chewy chocolate, date and seed base, topped with salted date and cashew caramel and a creamy banana cashew layer, drizzled with a 70% dark organic chocolate topping.
Please Note: We use trade Aid organic chocolate which contains organic cane sugar.

Like all of our food, this is completely gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, mostly organic, plant based, absolutely DELICIOUS and made in-house with love! We make these from scratch in our Power Plant Kitchen.
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy after your savoury meal, or on its own as a satisfying morning tea, afternoon treat or supper.
Storage Tip: They are best served chilled or stored in the fridge in a sealed container for up to three days.
