Our BRUSCHETTA are made from scratch in our POWER PLANT kitchen. Firstly, our ENERGY LOAF is baked, cooled, sliced and toasted to perfection. After that, they're loaded with our house-made spreads, seasonal toppings and garnishes, ready for pick-up or delivery to your venue. Like all of our food, they are completely gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, mostly organic, plant based, absolutely DELICIOUS and made in-house with love.
At POWER PLANT, we value the health and wellbeing of people, animals and Mother Earth. For this reason we do not use cling wrap, microwaves or deep fryers. We package our catering on reusable and returnable platters and catering carriers or eco-friendly cardboard catering boxes.
