A firm favourite on our raw cake menu. This mini version is 10cm in diameter suitable for 2 to 4 people. A chewy chocolate, date and seed base, topped with a tangy raspberry cheesecake layer and a creamy cashew chocolate filling, finished with a raspberry chia jelly.

Like all of our food, this is completely gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, mostly organic, plant based, absolutely DELICIOUS and made in-house with love! We make these from scratch in our Power Plant Kitchen.
